All your questions
Do I need a GP referral?

You can request an appointment directly. We assess whether chiropractic care is suitable and explain if advice from another health professional is needed.

What happens at the first appointment?

We listen to your concerns, discuss your health history and explain a suitable examination. We then talk through the findings and options before you decide on any care.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothes that let you move easily. We explain any need to change clothing before an examination and provide a gown where needed. You can ask questions at any point.

How long does the first visit take?

Allow around 45 minutes for a new patient assessment. Follow-up appointments are usually 15 to 20 minutes. These are sample appointment lengths.

What should I bring?

Bring a list of medicines and any relevant reports you already have, plus the questions you would like to discuss. You do not need to arrange new tests before visiting.

Your first visit starts here.

Time to talk through your concerns and understand your options. New patient assessment: £60.
