Start with the day you actually have
Think about the tasks you do most often and when you notice discomfort. The aim is to explain your routine clearly, rather than find a perfect posture before you arrive.
Describe your workspace
You can note how long you use a laptop or monitor, where you work and which tasks involve reaching or lifting. A photograph on your own device may help, with private work information out of view.
Bring your priorities
Tell your chiropractor what you would like to understand about your work routine. The discussion follows your individual assessment. No single workstation setting or treatment approach fits everyone.
Ask how the plan will be reviewed
Before leaving, check that you understand any suggestions and the next agreed step. This article prepares you for a conversation; it is not a personal exercise or treatment programme.
